Our client is a local IT services company now looking for energetic and positive candidates who interested to expand their careers in IT Call Center.

Customer Service Technical Helpdesk
(Kuala Lumpur - Taman Tun Dr Ismail)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in delivering a competent and professional level of technical support on networking devices and applications for our end user customers.


  • Ability to diagnose problems in several areas including hardware, network connectivity and related devices.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in IT or any field.
  • Candidates must have knowledge in IT.
  • Good communication skills especially in English.
  • Must possess good phone etiquette and a positive working attitude.
  • Must be willing to work on SHIFT.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Damansara.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens only.
  • Fresh graduates applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Full-Time positions only.


  • Basic salary - RM1500 to RM1700
  • Comes with attractive allowances.
  • Candidates who cannot work on shift need not to apply.
